Welcome to Aspen Grove Counseling

Finding Resilience Through the Aspen Grove

In the quiet strength of an aspen grove, we find a metaphor for mental health and trauma recovery: individual growth fueled by a shared, resilient foundation. Just as the aspen trees' root systems rely on each other for nutrients, water, and resources, as humans we also depend on relationships to transform challenges into resiliency. Our counseling practice offers a grounded space to heal, connect, and flourish.

Our Specialized Services

Individual Counseling

Deepen your understanding of self and foster personal growth through one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique journey.

Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR Therapy

Process previous incidents or relational/development trauma through EMDR, and evidenced based model.

Trauma Recovery through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Recover and thrive beyond difficult experiences with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body based, somatic approach to processing relational, developmental trauma.

The Symbolism of the Grove

Resilience is found in our shared roots and the connections we create with each other. While each aspen tree appears to stand alone, they are actually part of a single, vast organism, connected beneath the surface. Similarly, our interconnectedness allows us to withstand the harsher seasons and rise again with collective strength. Our practice mirrors this natural wisdom, borrowing from the therapeutic relationship to help you cultivate the inner resilience and growth necessary to thrive through life's transitions and reconnect with your environment.
